Please contact your local National Counselling Service Centre to make an enquiry or to refer yourself for counselling.  Some contact details will be taken from you and your call will be followed up by one of our Clinical Team who will arrange an Intake Appointment with you.  The Intake Appointment is an opportunity to discuss your current needs and for you and the Counsellor to decide if our service is most appropriate for your needs at this time.
